Everything sold on WorshipSynths.com is a digital download: patches, sound libraries, and cue packs. Since downloaded files can’t be returned, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased.
Before you buy, please check the product description for the required software and version, and listen to the audio demos so you know what you’re getting.
When we’ll make it right
We will issue a refund or replacement if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- Your files are missing, corrupted, or won’t download, and we can’t get you a working copy
- The product is substantially different from its description
Download or install problems
Most issues can be sorted out quickly. Your download links are in the order confirmation email you received after purchase, so keep that email handy. If that doesn’t work, email info@worshipsynths.com with your order number and a short description of the problem.
How to request a refund
If your situation fits one of the cases above, email info@worshipsynths.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to show up.
